Ivy & Twine was formed almost accidentally by husband and wife duo, Georgina and Gordon. The couple were married in 2019 and Georgina wanted a bespoke candle created for their wedding. After a long search they discovered this was not only difficult to find but also very expensive. Georgina set to it and began reading up on how to create her own custom candles, and before long had taken over the couples kitchen. Finding a love for the process, she created a beautiful fragrance for the wedding which took place at The Byre at Inchyra - our now, 'Rhubarb and Plum Noir'.
Georgina envisaged a rustic, homely, look to her candles to tie in with the venue and after such an amazing reaction from friends and family asking where they could purchase the candles, Georgina began giving out some of the spares the couple had left over.
